Website Terms and Conditions
Lauren Taylor Leigh Young operates Project Flow Services. These terms apply to the website and its inquiry and scheduling features. A signed proposal, work order or service agreement governs the services purchased.
Requests and estimates
Sending a form, requesting a callback, scheduling a site walk or receiving an estimate does not reserve a crew or create a service contract. Scope, exclusions, price, site requirements, dates and payment terms must be agreed in writing. Changes in site conditions or requested work may require a revised written scope.
Our work
Project Flow provides post-construction cleaning, commercial tenant turnover, final cleaning and property handoff preparation. Website information is general. Cleaning does not certify compliance with building, safety, lender or insurer requirements. Licensed construction, environmental testing, hazardous-material remediation and real estate brokerage services are outside our cleaning scope.
Site access and changes
Clients should identify authorized site contacts, provide accurate project details, disclose hazards and arrange safe access. Work may be paused if conditions are unsafe or materially different from the agreed scope. Deposits, cancellation charges, scheduling changes, payment deadlines and correction procedures are governed by the accepted project agreement. Contact us promptly about a service issue so the team can inspect and respond.
Real estate referrals
Lauren has a financial interest in Project Flow and also operates Young Estates & Company under Hoffman Theus Brokerage. Hiring Project Flow is optional. You may compare or select other providers. Project Flow contracts for and bills its cleaning work directly. A cleaning engagement does not create a brokerage relationship.
Website use
Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or use the site unlawfully. Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry and project information is handled.
Text messages
Service and promotional SMS have separate optional consent choices. Read our SMS Messaging Terms for message frequency, rates and STOP/HELP information.

Service and marketing texts
If you select the service-message checkbox, we may text about your inquiry, quote, site walk, kickoff, scheduling, arrival window, access coordination, callback or requested project update. Marketing texts about our services and offers require a separate optional selection. You can request an estimate or buy services without consenting to marketing messages.
Frequency, rates and choices
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected] or 747-335-2309. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent and privacy
