Lauren Taylor Leigh Young operates Project Flow Services as a sole proprietor. This policy covers information received through our commercial cleaning website, quote requests, scheduling, calls, email and text messages.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, phone number, email address, service address, property type, project size, preferred dates, budget and site notes. During a project, we may receive estimates, work orders, invoices, photographs and instructions from authorized property representatives. Please do not submit gate codes, payment card details, government identification or confidential tenant files through the quote form.
How we use information
We use it to answer requests, assess scope, arrange site walks, coordinate work, administer contracts and invoices, protect our systems and keep records of permissions and opt-outs. A quote request alone does not enroll you in promotional texts.
Calls
Marin is Project Flow Services’ AI receptionist. When you speak with Marin, our phone system creates a written transcript and summary of the conversation. Lauren and authorized Project Flow team members can use those records to understand your request and follow up.

The hosting platform and embedded form or booking providers may use cookies and similar browser storage to operate features, remember selections and protect against abuse. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking them may affect form and booking functions. Third-party security tools process browser and device signals under their own privacy notices.
Our website and CRM provider hosts the site, quote form, calendar and communications. These services may process IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited and security events. Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human submissions from automated traffic.
Who receives information
We may share information with personnel and contractors who need it for the requested project, providers operating our systems, professional advisers or authorities when required, and others you authorize. We do not share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Real estate referrals
Lauren also operates Young Estates & Company under Hoffman Theus Brokerage and has a financial interest in Project Flow Services. You may choose any cleaning provider. If you ask Young Estates to introduce you to Project Flow, your permission to share contact and project information is separate from permission to receive marketing. We use referred information to respond to the introduction and the services you request.
Retention and choices
We retain information as needed for the request, project, accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations and records of consent. We retain opt-out information to honor your choice. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity and retain information needed for an active project or other obligations. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
This website is intended for adults arranging property services. Changes to this policy will be posted here.
SMS opt-in and choices
Our form provides separate optional unchecked boxes for service texts and marketing texts. Service texts concern quotes, site walks, scheduling, callbacks and project updates. We use HTTPS on our website and platform access controls to protect submitted information. Access is intended for authorized personnel and service providers who need it for their work.
